Oh me gooody! Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted in the Beatrice Inn necking and keeping warm in the arms of her latest boyfriend, a 28-year old good-looking artist and a graduate of NYU, Nate Lowman. I think they would be a seemingly artistic couple, since Mary-Kate is into a fashion frenzy side so might as well with his artistic boyfriend whose works are currently viewed in the New Museum's "Unmonumental" exhibition.
